Gallipoli Home is the first aged care home dedicated to serving the needs of Muslim and culturally diverse elders. It is a unique community space where old age is celebrated, elders contribute actively, and the wider community benefits from life-affirming relationships with these elders. Gallipoli Home operates with the belief that old age is a blessing, not a sickness, and should be nurtured and made purposeful.
This collaboration is expected to open new opportunities for academic and professional development in the health sector, while also strengthening the relationship between UIN Alauddin Makassar and Gallipoli Home Service. Both parties are optimistic that this partnership will significantly enhance the quality of education and healthcare services in the future.
